Shipping

For orders within the US, we ship all items free of charge through USPS first-class package shipping which typically takes between 1-3 business days. We will provide you a tracking number with delivery confirmation.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders outside of the US.

Processing

All items are one-of-a-kind and made prior to being made available for sale. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare and ship your item(s).

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of each item, we do not allow returns unless there is an error with your order, such as the item not matching your order, damage to the item, or a problem with the creation of the item. In the case of an error, we will provide a return shipping label for you to ship the item back to us, and we will provide you a refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the item. Please note that additional time will be required for the bank to process the refund.
